Default 95 Impreza STI-RA £2000

I'm selling the RA again due to having too many projects, just had it MOT'd so almost 12 months of that and taxed until the end of the month. Now she isn't the prettiest thing in the world but is generally rust free, the arches have been pulled as I had group A wheels fitted, this I have to say is a down side and in all fairness the front wings could do with replacing. The sills too are a bit battered but solid. Under neath the car is very solid. The mods are pretty much all there to make this a great track car or rally car, it has Prodrive bilsteins on the front, STI version 5 rear inverted rear dampers and eibach springs all round. It has the later Impreza 4-pots on the front with grooved discs and ra vented discs on the back, it also comes with RA braided brake hoses as standard. The box is the excellent DCCD type box with mega close ratios, the dccd works fine and the box has no noises.

The engine is a closed deck early legacy motor, fitted with the sti exhaust manifold, td05 turbo, and sti inlet manifold. As its the legacy motor it has hydraulic followers which can tend to be a bit tappy. I had a Simtek ecu on this until last week and the car produced 312 bhp at 5500rpm. I've since refitted the ecu which was previously fitted which is a zero sports item and the car feels just as quick but a lot more tractable in the lower revs but still gives you about 15psi of boost. The clutch was also replaced with an AP racing item about 8 months ago. The exhaust is a 3" Stainless Mongoose system, heat wrapped at the downpipe to help keep under bonnet temps down.

It has a set of 16" six spokes fitted with brand new michelins on the front but the rear toyo's will need changing soon. I have fitted a version 5 high level spoiler, it was a cheap one that was 2nd hand so has mounting bolts through the existing boot holes, the rear bumper also has a bit of crazing on one corner but is not damaged. The interior is standard sti with a cd player aswell.Car was listed as cat c due to previous vandalism, then fully repaired.

I want £2500 for it but will take £2000 for a quick haggle free sale THIS IS THE LEAST I'LL TAKE no offers , this is a bargain for an ra especially an STI-RA. You can contact me via the forum or via my email address which is FORRESTMSPORT@AOL.COM.

Cheers Steve

Are you still in the same house Steve? I thought you were moving? Lovely house you had/have so I can understand if you didn't move

Bttt for a very quick motor I got a ride back from M-Sport to Steve's house in this last year and it's a cracking car

Good luck with the sale mate and hopefully you get another Legacy

Not surprised mate, your house is gorgeous and the lounge is huge! It doesn't look like anything special from the outside but it's lovely

Didn't get anywhere at all with Luke's car couldn't find an engine with everything and we decided that we have too many toys that we don't use. Time to use the kart first.

More pics of the interior and under the bonnet, things to be put back to normal will be the battery moved back under the bonnet, and the sensor removed from the intercooler (this was fitted for the simtek ecu). I have also rotated the indicator and wiper stalks which is why the cowling is off, I do have the cowling still to go back on.
