So 350 quid later the car now has full MOT and just needs a VIC test.

They do about 2000 to 3000

it has 53,000 and is a 2003.

Might be interested in this mate, how much and how do you go about it. I have a p1 for sale with some nice mods if you fancy it, just could do with a run around for the better half and need the cash to top up my funds for my new car

When i got it and hpid it i rang my mate who does these as a living. He said you have to MOT them first this proves they are safe for road. then VIC them in this they check numbers on car to make sure its not dodgy at all.

The dvlas website backs this and the VIC itself is 41 pound

Just a quick update. im after a STRAIGHT SWAP. for car. P1 sounds a monster but not in my budget. wish it was lol
