Default API lightened Flywheel & Exedy organic clutch

Had this setup on my car for about 5k miles, the flywheel is a lightened version & the clutch is a genuine exedy unit from David at APi. There is very little wear on the friction plate & there is no judder whatsoever. This is a 5 speed unit, but I was running it on a 6 speed box with no issues. Only selling as I have upgraded to a helix twinplate.

Looking for 275 + postage or can be collected from Plymouth.

pics available if required

Im running one of davids clutches at 410bhp/381 so should be fine, but doubt you will get 400/420, more like 400/370 to be honest not unless running a 2.5 litre

I was running it on a 2.5 with 429bhp & 500lbft of torque & encountered no slip at all. I knew it wouldn't survive long at that power so swapped it for a twinplate before i buggered it.

We rate that at 400hp / 400 torks - 420 /400 IF you are lucky.

So , yes it was a good idea to move on before it tore itself to bits. Even so I am impressed that it did that level at all.

Perhaps i should revise my numbers, ??

Count the eeks lol.

Not a very good advertisement for resale lol.

Good for you though David as running this sort of power on your stage 1 for that many miles

I will post some pics to show it is still in good condition. To be honest it was a brilliant clutch and lighter than the STD item in terms of pedal weight
