Used for about 2 months, but I prefer the sound of my Magnex.
£150.

Will this fit straight onto a standard MY00 exhaust? What's the tailpipe like? If I'd known you were selling I'd have asked you to bring it up to the Unicorn at Gunthorpe last week...

Tony,
Its a 3.5" round tailpipe, and I'm assuming it should be a straight swap as the Magnex that replaced it was previously fitted to the standard centre.

I'm interested, but will have to check with my insurance company tonight.

B*gger! Insurance company have said no, so I'll have to wait until renewal time and swap to someone a bit more mod-friendly.

Question

MDB

Any way of finding out if it fits a MY01?

If it will I'll take it.

I'm pretty sure that old shape backboxes won't fit new shape cars. I've got a WR backbox (oval) that I'm trying to sell and I've been told that it won't fit the new shape. Apparently the box and pipe work are all the same shape however the two rear hangers are in different locations.

Cheers SimonH,

I'll just have to keep looking.

Best of luck with the sale, MDH.

My understanding is the pre MY01 boxes have different mounts to the post MY01 so will not fit.

I am guessing this is for an old shape. I am interested, please check your mail. How loud is the PPP backbox compared to the standard Subaru item?
