Recently my friend bought a Limited edition black ssqv ended up not installing it and giving the flange adaptor to a mate of his who needed it for his silver hks ssqv, so hes left with this black limited edition hks ssqv with fittings comes with - flange c clip and gasket, t piece if your using a boost gauge off the vacuum hose, filter t piece for vacuum hose and clip to secure vacuum hose to the bov. Only thing missing is the flange adaptor but PM me and il send you a link to where 01-07 WRX STI flange adaptors can be bought for these HKS SSQV BOV's.

yes comes in a box. and il have to contact my friend to see if he still has the ebay invoice for £185 from when he bought it.
