Guys n Gals,

I've been doing some sums, and basically I want to turbo charge my house plans - unfortunately this means I have to de-turbo, de-petrol my car... diesel something or other on the cards.

It will only be for a couple of years, then I'll be back for another one... And I'll still be bugging you all in the meantime

I have got to say I have been driven in and actually driven this car.

If I didn't already have one I would snap this up, at least most of the mods you need have already been done and the thing is sweet!

Hi Alex

I'm in exactly the same position as you...buying a house soon so was thinking of selling my Terzo to save money for a while.

However, I'm gonna hold on for now to see if I can manage (especially as I'm just about to finish paying for it )

Bit of a bummer you having to sell yours after everything you've done to it.

Bas

PS Good luck with the house purchase

Cool

Cheers all

Mark.S - due to a change in policy at work - I won't be reading my email until I get home tonight - else I'll loose my job as well as the car!

Bas - if I were near the end of paying for it then i'd buy a cheap motor to get me to work n back.. unfortunately I'm only through the first year, hence two more to go. good luck to you mate.

Markus aka Mobile Chicaine - Oi hands off - I'm gonna continue to moderate and blag trips out in other peoples cars

Hmm.. 2-3 years may equal STi 9/10 then?..

Deep - I'll think about it, I'd like to sell the car as a whole package, so I'll wait and see what response I get from this advert and others. Let you know in a week or so.

Paul - see you saturday
Joseph - speak to you tonight mate
Markus - sort it out

Cheers, Alex

Alex,

Thinking out loud and all that - can you not "hire" it out (say some one would be willing to shell out £400/month) for six months or so to give you a brathing space?

Appreciate it's not a simple solution but you may hang on to you pride and joy (although some unknown having a thrashtasic "joy" in your motor is not suitable) it's a poss alternative.

I may sell bit separately - depends on a) whether it costs more to remove them and b) whether it detracts from the look of the car...

Alex

PS. bit pished.. sorry...

Well I am going to push this to the top again.

People this is an amzing car that looks really good. Shame the photos here don't show the new STi Scoop which wehn parked up against another MY01 proves how much more air is getting pushed over the intercooler!

Alex remember if it does come to stipping bits off... I have first dibs on some items!

Oh back to the top.

Also to add that the HKS Backbox needs the HKS centre section and the custom made link pipe.

Still a shame to see this go but then I do appreciate why Alex is doing this. Just makes me glad I bought the flat before I bought the car property purchases are taking out the good ones at the moment, first Andy and now Alex!

STI5,

Realistically, if I do sell bits off, I will be selling only the following the items, and to be fair I have a couple of people that are short listed already. I will try to email you details later.

It will depend on this weekend and how a couple of options go.

I will update all parties early next week.

As MATTeL said, the HKS HAS to be d/p back, so two mid sections + back box.
