Default I still have some bits left over and for sale from my last project.

Hello All,

Getting my act together.... I still have some bits left over and for sale from my last project.

1. Possum Link ECU suitable for MY99, Bob Rawle can advise (can email the manual FYI) £350
2. APS Top Mount Intercooler £350
3. APS HPA/99 High flow air cleaner £100
4. 550 cc injectors (45k miles) £SOLD
5. Walbro 255 lph fuel pump £SOLD
7. STI 5 short motor (stripped) with knocking big end. OK, but needs re-bore & crank £100
8. STI 5 factory flywheel, no Judder, skimmed 20k miles ago £50
9. Exedy Organic clutch & cover 30% worn, was OK @ 350 BHP £50
10. Air splitter for TMIC £50
13. STI 5 rear diff £250 4.4 / R160 same as P1, V5 & V6 4 door STI.
14. Downpipe with new 200 cell cat (add approx 10 to 15 BHP on standard – MOT friendly) £175
15. Bonnet Louvre Vent (needs paint) £SOLD!
16. Headlamp cover vents, pair (needs paint) £SOLD!
17. Standard gear box mount £beer money.
18. AP Racing 230 mm Ceremetallic single plate paddle clutch - friction plate only 5k miles - I didn't get on with it as it was too extreme for a daily driver £150 (£70 cheaper than new) http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/lh/pho...eat=directlink

Any reasonable offer considered but bear in mind refusal can and often offends. PLEASE; no numpties and no tuning / technical questions. Do your research first.

If you can collect – great! I’ll put the kettle on; otherwise the postage is at your cost & risk.

Various pictures here:

Yes 3" all the way through:

We took a stainless steel Haywood & Scott decat pipe and tig welded it in. Fitted perfectly.

Only had it on for a couple of days before my big end went. Passed an MOT OK.

My parts I am buying are piling up with David. So I will check with him that it will be suitable for my car and have it off you.

He will just need to move it from your pile to my pile lol

I will email him now and get some money of to you next week.
Would you prefer a cheque or pay pal?

Will PM you once I get the thumbs up from him
(Its a 200Cell Cat - need to ask him what I am best off running with in the downpipe)
Cheers
Steve

Not sure what phase 2 means. They are MY99 side feeds. They are direct replacements for the factory STI5 injectors. 15 minute job to change over.

Sounds expensive, agreed. I paid £485 for the complete clutch. I’ll check with API Dave what a fair price would be and revise accordingly.

No, just the friction plate is up for grabs. Trouble is you need a decent clutch when you get to 480+ lb/ft of torque. Can’t scrimp on that kind of thing.

Fantastic for playing and launches but fierce as an everyday driver when you just want to get home while dealing with traffic.

I’m going for a carbon friction plate that is a direct replacement for the one I’m selling (More OEM in operation they say). Everything else I have can be re-used. Like I said I have emailed API Dave asking for a fair price. He should get back to me Monday.

Perhaps API Dave can sell you a clutch cover and release bearing to suit. I’ll ask. Maybe we can sort something for you.

OK, just got off the phone with AP Racing. The 3 piece kit (cover, friction plate and bearing is £486.13 +VAT.

The Friction plate is £190.61 +VAT, the cover is £382.97 +VAT and the bearing £42 +VAT.

So I guess a fairer price for my friction plate (I’m keeping the cover & bearing) would be £150 saving you approx £70…. Or make a near offer.

From API Dave (thanks Dave) "GC8 and GDB are different. It is the fitting kit and wiring adaptor that is changed. The actual pump is the same.... If the guy wants to make up his own wiring then no sweat - but as the pump is inside the tank most people are wary of that."

I'd get the right one for the job personally!
