Jezus Duncan you were at it late last night pal!
Fair play to ya mate!
I look forward to getting it, hope fully by the end of the week, depending on whether the courier you use is on strike or not
Cheers
Barry

Daughter was up at 7:00am this morning too so no lie in for me
I would have been tempted to stay out and lift the engine out if I had a hoist here. Having to borrow a mates one later today. (Cheers Wuz )
Wouldn't be the first time I'd spent all night in the garage but nowhere near as bad as some thats for sure.
I'll confirm courier ect tomorrow. Know what you mean though. I can't believe folk are on strike about pay at a time when the country is in such a mess and unemployment is so high!!

Your not kidding mate, my wife is trying to get back to work (not an easy task!!)after being on maternity and getting her redundancy in the middle of it!
So these ****** should be glad they have a job to go 2!
Not to go on a rant, keep it all happy eh
I can sympathise with the lie in, my wee lad is teething (7 months) so is up half the night and wakes round 6ish, good times lol
I think most of the couriers, certainly the private guys are still working away, I'm getting dribs and drabs of post at the minute!

No worries mate.
Are you fitting the ECU your self? If so is your car an STI?
2 wires need changed over if its not an STI.
If Simon is fitting it there wont be a problem.

Is an STI mate (type R)
I was just gona plug it in on the day of the map. Not sure what it would do to the day to day driving of the car running on the base map, so thought it best to just leave it until then
What do you reckon?

As above, just plug it in when Simon arrives. Will take all of 2 minutes.
The current map on there is for TD05 20G, 550's etc
I meant are you fitting it or is he - reason I asked was because to fit it to the UK's you need to swap the cam and crank sensor wires over. But its perfectly fine on an STI.
Have fun with it and let me know how you get on.
