I got the impression that this was sold within a couple of minutes of the post being put up(not to me). Information on/about it was limited though.

Had a pm from a member saying they were offered my old blocked Simtek for 300 euros, hope it wasn't this one, expensive paper weight someone has bought. SubaruDude pm'd before he marked it as sold. No response.

Unless SubaruDude wishes to prove other wise,
This is my old ecu, i know this thanks to several eagle eyed members on here, who shall remain nameless, thanks lads you know who you are.
If you did buy this from him i'd get a refund asap, or stop the transaction from going through, you will have no joy in getting it re-mapped.
PM me i'll give you the history on the ecu

a search of a few previous posts indicates SubaruDude is from Northern Ireland, but he calls himself Rodney in another post.

Yep thats where the ecu ended up, i was led to believe he was called John. Will wait for a pm from the buyer, if it did sell, although i think i didn't.

i think the guy trying to sell that pcb, has got no brains. 1, if he wanted to scam anyone he would of chose a good ecu to scam with and not a cheep very dated ms dos programed pcb thrown together by a man in a shed in his back garden.

Its a very long story, but Simtek, and Simtek mappers have been made aware of this story and the ECU has now been blocked and mappers will not go within 50 yards of it. Read into that as best as you can.

Wtf is your problem? The only time you crawl out your hole is to slate the simtek? 9 posts, all slating simtek? Whats your agenda? Think you may find a few satisfied owners on here. ****.
