Is this for newage, and is there EVERYTHING I would need to be legal? Sorry about the newage q, Im just dense when it comes to things like this. Also, do you have a link to the vendor, so I can see what Im getting??

Not sure about Newage as I bought them for a classic(has H4 dual element bulbs for dipped and main beam) but everything for fitting them is in the box.will get pics of the actual things tommorow.
