THE FAULT;
Unit turns on, I can select various sources, ie. radio, cd and USB memory stick and all work fine. The unit also operates fine from the remote control. However, when I press the button to open the screen, the screen unfolds but then folds back straight away and will not stay open.
Here's a clip of what's going on;

At first I though it was due to the handbrake cable not being connected but then found that the previous owner has wired it into an earth point within the loom. So pretty sure that isn't the problem.
I bought this on another forum and paid £280 collected for it. However due to the fault and the original seller doesn't seem interested in helping resolve the problem and to be honest I'm fed up waiting for a reply from them so £180 delivered takes it.
Or swap for a Nintendo Wii.
