Default TD05-16G Front entry

Have a TD05-16G that I've converted to front entry (using Andy Forrest converted comp housing)

The turbo is in decent order and no play in shaft, they seem pretty strong turbos anyway.

Only fault is the bottom RHS (looking from behind) stud was gnarled up and I couldn't extract it so had to cut it flush, drill it and tap it for a bolt (comes with it) It's not 100% thread but certainly be fine to torque it up ok IMO or you could always drill and tap it larger if it's not to your liking.

I have mildly ported the wastegate area too (to help prevent boost creep)

£165 + delivery (£18) or collection from Ashford Kent.

This is a front entry converted td05, it will directly fit Version 3 onwards ie any Impreza turbo with the inlet to the turbo under the inlet manifold.

Why do you want this then mate? Has your turbo died or something? If so then you just need another standard td05 with the top entry.

I can sell you it as a standard td05 if you want though and I can sell the front entry cover seperately.

You only need to swap the turbo over, you leave the up pipe on your car. Just undo the 3 bolts onto up pipe and lift it off (obviously once downpipe is off and water and oil feeds/returns

Ah, 'up pipe' is the official name for the exhaust section that feeds the turbo from where the headers meet, thought you meant that..

I presume you're refering to the compressor housing top entry cover on the turbo?

I have the original top entry cover and like I said I can sell it to you in standard form (same as yours) will take me 30 seonds to swap it over.

Turbo did go to chap above gents.

Front entry cover is available but if paypal I'd like it sent as gift as they're robbing beggars and if you have a bank acc linked for payment then it doesn't charge you either.

Also accept bank transfer.
