I have for sale an early ej20 engine in bits, this car ran fine only 3 months ago and has covered 71,000, my dad took the engine to bits as we thought the head gaskets had gone so the engine comes with a brand new head gaskets (cost £100 alone!!), the engine only requires valve stem seals then put back together i just dont have the time to do it otherwise i would and i would then be asking good money as this is a CLOSED DECK engine i have been told as it came from the very early legacy single turbo/ import wrx the 260psi- 240 bhp which run with a td05 turbo, engine comes complete with inlet manifold (single coil pack later spec) , flywheel, standard headers, a nearly new cambelt, also engine has been painted fairley recently so looks the part also, heads have been ported and polished and i notice it has larger valves the my later spec uk 2000 engine that i have i dont know if these are standard or not?? ill get pics up as soon as poss for this, am looking for £250 collected from

Short block can be now bought for £150 and if this goes first then i will sell the heads( the ones with the bigger valves in) seperate and the gasket set, giving it a couple of more days then ill put the short block( bottom end complete) on ebay come on guys this is a bargain for either a rebuild or for someone that wants to uprate there own bottom end with it being closed deck.
