Right folks, I had the car up for sale for 7495. I have been offered a couple of deals but I'd rather have cash so the best offer over 6300 takes the car. If I dont get any interest in a week, I'll be doing the swap.
I took the car in a p/x deal as I was made redundant and needed cash for Xmas. I have 3 kids so its got to go asap.
Its a 2000 Impreza P1, number 320.
Private plate is going with the car.
Motd until July, taxed until January.
71k on the clock
Service history to 50k then receipts for oil changes etc.
It has a full turbo back H&S stainless exhaust, Walbro in tank and a panal filter.
Bob Rawle remapped the car it October 2006. I have a graph reading 340/340.
A set of K sport 8 pot calipers and 2 piece discs are on the front and grooved discs on the rear.
18'' WR1 alloys with good tyres.
The car has never had a rebuild and runs very well with absolutely no knocks or bangs. The gearbox is smooth. I reckon its had a clutch at some point as it doesnt slip in 5th on full boost at all which must be a miracle if its still on a standard item after 3 years at 340lbs of torque.
The timing belt was done at 40k.
I have an HPi report here dated 09/12/09 confirming the car is clear.
The shocks are solid. Corners as if its on rails.
The interior is in good condition with no rips or tears.
BAD BITS
The inlet manifold paint is flaking.
The front bumper is stonechipped.
Drivers door has a dent around the door handle where someone has tried to break into it. It will pull out though. You can see it in the photo.
I think thats it. If I can think of anything else I'll edit the ad.
I am in the Glasgow area.

6300 seems cheap but very worthwhile. Good luck with the sale I have just bought a skoda tdi which does 60mpg if i had not of blown the cash I would have had this at 6300 for sure as I always wanted a p1! Wish you good luck worth the sale this should be gone within a week. Insurance is worth it!

Thanks to everyone for the offers but I've arranged a swap deal for Monday.
If no acceptable cash offers are made by then, I'll be doing the swap.
Best offer so far is £5750 and plenty of £5500 but I'd need more than that.
The cars I've been offered as swaps are worth £7000
