I think with a wiring modification to the wiring plug on the car that it will also fit newages as well.

This can be carried out by your mapper prior to a remap as you cannot fit before.

This is the same as I have fitted to my car eddy - needs wiring in (easily done really) and driven off boost will be fine to drive to the mapping session.

I believe it is a standard version mate, except its new well put it this way looking at the old boost pack this is immaculate....in regards to the 23psi well 1.5bar me personally i don't see there being a problem.....The old boost pack with the suspect boost solenoid was coping well with 1.25bar on a TD05-16G.

I don't want to put my neck on the line here and say yes it will....Me personally i would say look at this >>> Boost Solenoid and yes guaranteed to withstand 120PSI

Hmm well that settles that...37psi tried and tested by Dynamix... I'm assuming the 2 port wouldn't be far off that either.

Despite these being from a classic - they are still the ideal solution.

I'll have it if it's still for sale, PM me your PayPal details and I'll send payment.

I paid over £150 for one of these brand new when I had my last Impreza mapped.

I know but I was desperate - I ordered a Perrin type from TSL and they only told me they had no stock 2 days before my mapping.

I needed one desperately and there were none available at the time from anywhere - so I ended up paying a 'premium' price, I think it was closer to £195 when VAT and postage were added.

Aladdin has first dibs guys he PM'd me at 22:10....I've asked him to double check that if he already has one as i cannot understand what else would be controlling his boost (i know him)......Cannon fodder....You have 2nd dibs on this bud and i shall be in touch if Aladdin finds he has a 2 port or 3 which is more than likely.

Have always been told the 3 port has better boost control over the 2 port....I have never managed to actually do a comparison, i now have a car with a 2 port and when it is running i shall investigate unless someone could put me and ITEC out of our misery and give me some facts.

Just PM'd you my delivery address and paid by PayPal.

I am no expert but I believe that the 3 port valve controls the boost better when towards the top of the boost range, plus I think that you also do away with the restrictor pill as it is no longer required.

Dependent on the car mate.....as some cars which are standard with this boost solenoid and retain their original ecu and map will require the restrictor pill otherwise the car may struggle in reaching its boost target.

Boost solenoid is Now SOLD to Cannon Fodder...
