EJ20 Closed deck short block(bottom end only no heads)
This was removed as a running engine with a weeping head gasket(s), and was replaced with a forged engine.
It is pretty much a complete bottom end and still assembled.
There is some water/moisture marks on 3 of the bores.
The crank is original centre thrust type and has not run bearings(it was running fine before removal, with good oil pressure).
Just to clarify you will get standard pistons, conrods, crank, block and sump(whatever is seen in the pics below).
This would be best suited for a refresh, forged or stroker build.
£320 collected or it could be palleted for courier collection.
Here are the pics and description for each bore:
Cyl.1
Has water etching mark and very slight roughness that can just be felt with your nail.

Cyl.2
Is perfect.

Cyl.3
Has water etching/discolouration only.

Cyl.4
Has water etching/discolouration only.
