I have for sale a VF34 ball barring turbo, in superb condition. It came off a 54 plate STi and covered 11k miles on that car and only been on my car a couple months since end of Sept - so a very low mileage turbo. There's no play in the shaft, the blades are intact, oil/water lines and actuator included.
I've had a VF35 in the past and can safely say the 34 is a much better bit of kit and pulls like a train from very low down in the rev range.
I've now upgraded to an 18G amoungst other big power mods![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Would like to know how one of these fairs against a 18g as I had a VF34 before on a v3 STI and being a roller bearing turbo it picked up low down in the range and hit full boost reasonably low as well. I would of loved to have one on a classic again, great turbos in my eyes.

I gotta be honest and say the 18G is a fantastic turbo and imo better than the 34. But I gotta admit that I only experienced the 18G in conjunction with the FMIC, induction system and 550cc injectors, so had alot of other mods... makes it hard to give an accurate verdict.
But I've had a few turbos inc the VF35 and out of all the rest I put the VF34 on top!
