Breaking Impreza STi 8 Engine
I have a complete Impreza STi 8 engine in which i have sat around gathering dust so i have decided to break it.
It was removed due to a piston problem apart from the 1 piston its perfect.
Here's some photos:
Complete AVCS cylinder heads with all the valves, lifters, cams, pulleys etc all still intact. £600
STi Pink 550cc Injectors x4 SOLD
Open to sensible offers on all parts.
Parts can be collected from Bridlington, East Yorkshire or postage can be arranged at buyers expense.

Why break and not sell as is? Where are you based and what would you want for the full block?

It was removed due do a knocking/slapping coming from one of the passenger side cylinders. I ended up just buying another complete engine as i needed the car back on the road.

why is that? these engines aint invinsible and can let go just like all the others

Yeah i was rather pissed off to say the least, i only got 20 minutes away when it happened! Ended up taking the car back and went mental at the seller, in the end he agreed to pay so much for the repair.

Bit of a bizarre request but would you sell the two water pipe connections that go onto the turbo. I've just stuck a TD05 on mine and the old TD04 had smaller bolts & banjo connectors. I need M14 X 1.5mm which you have on yours, many thanks,
