Hi, I have a JDM WRX STI Ver 9 and have upgraded many parts on it, so the standard parts are sitting in my garage and are up for sale now, The car has only done 19000 miles so the parts are in mint condition.

is there any knocks coming from the suspension?

No there isn`t mate, all the part are new and only been used in Japan, as soon as I had a car in UK I changed them.
