...SOLD.18" ultralite alloy wheels.SOLD...
forget my other thread for swaps or what ever this is the new thread.....
my 18" ultralite wheels are now for sale only! they are 18" ultralite split rim style alloy wheels painted in gold.
(these wheels had a polished edge and were a bit worse for wear, so therefore i am in the process of refurbing the polished lips but instead of being polished they will be aluminium colour, so no need to worry about laquer peel or corrosion.)
i wasnt happy selling them like they were before but once redone will be immaculate.
pics of the wheels on my car.
collection from chesterfield, derbyshire
im looking for £300.

Do u get any rubbing on the type r with these wheels? do u have a standard suspension setup?
If it turns out that ET42 will be ok for my car then i am interested too.
Thanks,
Angus

I would suggest contacting Ian Godney and confirming that the type of brembos you have will clear this wheel in all honesty as have checked with my mate who runs the same wheels and he says they will not clear.

You may be able to get other calipers under there with larger discs but i would say you will need to run 10 to 20mm spacers to make it happen, but best to speak to Ian at godspeed or Alyn at AS performance on what can be done.

Arch Clearance
I have this 4 pot setup on my Terzo, although its a tight fit does it clear?
if i was to buy these does anyone know if i would have any problems with clearance in my arches? i currently have the Sti bilstein/eibach setup on the car but im on the hunt for a set of coilovers or replacment Sti struts as one of my shocks is on its way out, if you's know of any kicking about let me know.
Looking forward to seeing some pics of the wheels with the aluminium lip.
Thanks,
Angus

The rears are not a problem as you will find that the calipers sit a lot further back on the rears, if you have a look at the centre of your disc you will see how deep this is due to the handbrake shoes which are within this central drum bit.
