Are they xennon or the uk sti lights, xennon will have a silver ballast to go with them?? if they are jap spec xennon in v interested

ive not got them in front of me as they are for a friend, but i do know that the bloke just unplgged them, unbolted them and everything is with them.... what do you mean by the ballast??

they have all the motors and wiring etc for the bulbs and also for the beam level...
