hi as above really i have an 18g andy forrest turbo only covered around 6k no play in shaft turbo is as new but my target is only 330bhp max whereas this turbo is capable of between 375bhp to 400bhp or so i have been told this turbo is £850 from andy forrest so im looking for a low miliage vf35 plus money my way im thinking around £200 let me know cheers

You wont make 400bhp from an 18G that is more 20G figures

I said between 375 and 400 depending on mods and Im sure I've seen 18gs make 400bhp on this forum

You can run a lower boost map on the 18G to achieve 330bhp without the need to go for the VF35

You can run a lower boost map on the 18G but you are better off with the VF35 for 330bhp as it has better spool etc etc, no point under utilizing an Expensive turbo when
you can recoupe some cash and run a VF35 at 1.35 bar and make 330!

I have an AF TD05 18G and it is wicked, perfect turbo for everyday use, mine made 350bhp at 1.2 Bar on my Bugeye STI..... The turbo is good for 1.7bar all day long so 400bhp isn't to optomistic I don't think with supporting mods and good map

is that is my old 18g and the actuator is a 1.1 bar one made by turbo dynamics about 6 months ago or so and it was runnign 1.6 bar and made a clean 355bhp with 340ft ona 2.0 liter and 360bhp is the limit on these things on v power i seen one make 365bhp before but i love my 20g more : >
