As sold by Harvey,(@ £100), now surplus to requirement.
Type SBC-D-RX.
Subarus MY 92-07.
All Subaru turbo applications including twin turbo B4.
Features:
Inbuilt boost cut lifter.
Faster spool and stable boost control.
Simple connection.
Two in car adjustable pre-sets.
1/4 DIN in a rigid aluminium case.
High quality black chrome front panel and cool blue lights.
Precision electronic boost control for not much more than a manual boost valve.
Great value for money.
I don't have the instructions but they wont be hard to get.

Where did you hear that?!?! I have had it on my wrx wagon 1994 for nearly a year! Works just fine. Maybe check with "Harvey if still unsure? I'll post pix anyway ok
