Default TD05-20G with Forge Actuator

I have a TD05-20G with Forge style actuator for sale.
Actuator comes with 2 springs, 7psi and 15psi IIRC depending on your boost requirements (stock boost control would prob work best on the 7psi setting, as similar to standard actuator cracking pressure).

This Turbo was built, ported and balanced in the UK by the previous owner who had it on his STi 7. I bought it for my MY00 UK.

Turbo Exhaust side and internals are genuine IHI TD05-16G.
Compressor side is a 76mm inlet modified down to 58mm for stock fitment of the OE Subaru Inlet.

Ported Exhaust inlet and Wastegate

Fully balanced

Was going to fit to my own car and had the Compressor housing fully polished for 'show'. But have decided it is too big for me and is likley to start breaking other things or tempt me to push things on further (which I don't want finance at the moment).

Also comes with OE Subaru Inlet and Outlet gaskets which I purchased ready to fit.

Photo doesn't do the shine justice, anyone that has seen this turbo will tell you it is 'BLING'

£375 + £10 P&P

I've been stockpiling mods Baly - just need to get a set of harvey's OEM wrapped-headers/suitable sized up-pipe, then I've got everything!

Going the full works (within the limits of my 'forged' engine/WRX v.1 heads)...

* Walbro 255 (already fitted)
* Fuelab 3-port FPR
* API parallel fuel rail mod
* 550cc ph.2 inj (with CD fitting kit)
* MY97/98 inlet manifold
* API IM spacers/insulators
* RCM large cone
* 160mm ally air filter trumpet
* Z32 MAF
* Samco silicone MY97/98 intake pipe
* TD05H 20g (UK-rebuilt: exhaust inlet + w/g ported; Forge w/g actuator etc.)
* Hyperflow MY97-00 FMIC
* API VTA oil breathers-by-gearbox mod
* 3" decat downpipe + full system (already fitted - gotta get d/p wrapped)
* harvey's OEM wrapped headers/suitable sized up-pipe
* MY97-00 PAS pump/reservoir assembly
* Forge MY93-96 ally header tank
* CD HT spacers/insulators (already fitted)
* Apexi 3-port BCS
* Apexi 3-bar MAP sensor (already fitted)
* Apexi PFC (already fitted)

...and API to fit/map the whole damn shebang.

Think that's the lot... lol

Hi Scott

Collected the turbo from the Loughborough DHL Service Centre this morning.

Impressive looking beast, what with its bang bang lol comp cover! And with that Forge w/g act.!

Gaskets are a welcome addition too - cool.

Cheers

Not yet (the weak link to power lol).

Will prob see south of 380bhp with the above mods on the WRX v.1 heads. Just hoping the 20g is not too laggy because of 'em (harvey's headers/uppipe will help here). Otherwise it'll be whipped off for a harvey 18g.

However, if I get bored, then yes, I'll fit STi v.3/4 heads, MD321H, etc....

(I know the gearbox will have to be addressed, etc... )

I'm an Essex boy lol (Braintree). Moved to Leic in Aug 2001 (because of work's relocation).

I'm in LE3 area not far from the police station in Hinckley Rd. Where 'bouts are you based?
