For sale due to a change of plans for the garden.
Straight to the point, price is 3900 collected from my address.

We bought this to build at the rear of our property as a summer house/ guest house, but due to the sale of the additional land we had been chasing for over three years falling through, it is now up for sale.
The dimensions are 6.5 meters by 4.0 meters.
It will require either a concrete pad to sit on, or a baton base. It will depend on the location it is to be sited.
I bought the same style of construction garage from the same company a few years back and its looks great as well as being very quick to build with the added bonus of not requiring any building warrants, planning permission etc, as it is a "temporary building" so to speak.
Here is a link to the exact cabin I have.
ASCOT INTERLOCKING TIMBER GARDEN CABIN, WOODEN LOG CABIN, CHALET
As you can see, the price is 5400 without the roof tiles.
The total cost with roof tiles is 5800.
I have all the tiles to finish the roof off with the cabin.
If you are interested, have a look at the plans and extra pictures on the Logspan website.
The cabin is ready for collection and is dry stored.
It has been moved to my house today as the joiners workshop it was stored in has been emptied due to them moving.
Collection would be from Central Scotland. Near Stirling (approx 2 hrs from the border) It will fit on an Ifor Williams trailer or the likes (flat bed lorry etc)
Just to add, this comes in log sections to build. The longest beam is around 6.5 meters long
