Default Highly modified classic, 2.5 steel engine,6 speed,Simtek ect.

After owning MY00 UK classic for 16 months, i am moving on to other things and want someone else to enjoy all the blood sweat and money i have pumped in to it, to date £12,000 plus previous owner TurboDean off Scoobynet £10,000, all this just modifying, not including price of car purchase.

I purchased the car from px'ing with TurboDean against my old V5 Type R in Dec 08'. Dean had spent a vast amount of money on it, with the Gruppe-S Stage 1 block, ACT 6 paddle clutch,UK 6-speed box,Defi's, V8 Brembos, V8 STI interior, injectors/fuelling, Simtek ect ect.

I wanted a wee bit more than the 360 bhp it came with, so i started my own journey down the long windy road of modifying, changing the ATP 3076 Garret turbo for a FP Green, 2 engine builds!! opting for Cosworth pistons over the Wiseco ones. The result is ( or will be amazing) once the JGM has worked his magic. The car is on a base map by JGM whilst i am running in. Approx 650 miles left at present, but getting less all the time.

At this stage i have to mention the build quality carried out by IMO one of the finest engine builders in the business Glen Ellis co- owner of Carnetix in Melton Mowbray, Leic, his mechanical/technical skill and knowledge is just ****!. Their honesty, straight forward, no quibble attitude is second to none, with a little advice supplied by Matt/Ollie at RCMS, David at APi and Richard Bulmer at Tractive Solution.

Carnetix's patience with the whole build from Aug last year has been stirling. Glen has virtually re-built the car from scratch, from the engine to the extensive handling to the interior, i can confirm Glen has no problem verifying any of the mentioned. Anyone looking for any type of work would have to go real far to get a better garage than Carnetix including their prices!

The car itself is in very good clean condition with regular Zymol treatment.

The original boot lid, spoiler and bonnet will be supplied to return the car to all the original colour, Champagne Gold. The front 2 Sti 8 seats will either be fitted or supplied as the 2 Cobra Race bucket seats not be everyones cup of tea.

As you can see with the handling pack and set up, it is a very very capable car weather for track, sprint or fast road.

The R888's still have lots or meat on them, just as the brake discs and pads do.

Tax will be 6 months and MOT is June.

Like many others ads before this one say, " you have to appreciate the amount of time/money building a car to this state of tune". All components are top quality fitted by some of the best reputable tuning houses in the business.

Between myself and Dean, there are endless amounts of paperwork in a comprehensive folder.

In honesty there is absolutely no more work to be done apart from the final power map in a few weeks time.

The car has no problems and or issues at all and has 100% clean bill of health.

Please anyone offering silly money then dont waste your time!

I'am wanting £9000 ovno.

All the spares like sound proofing, air-con ect will come with sale.

Just to add the Rota 17" rims have just been sprayed gloss black and are 100% perfect.

All parts are virtually new only done 1000 miles and at the most 10,000 miles.

Any more info then call on 07815195013.

Many thanks for looking at my ad, hope you like pics and spec

They look like rb5 door cards. Nevertheless they match and compliment the interior as this is often overlooked when fitting a st8 trim! Good car, fancy a trade for a 2005 blob? In black?
