306bhp bugeye wagon - Scotland
After owning this current Wagon for almost 5 years, I’m going to sell it and buy a younger Scooby.
It’s a blue bugeye wagon – registered in Feb 2001 and qualifies for the lower road tax (£190). It’s done 99,700 miles and I’ve had it since 40,000 miles. Virtually all the miles I’ve done have been motorway miles. It’s running 306 bhp.
I’m a careful and mature driver (IAM member) and the car has been well looked after. All the work and servicing on the car has been carried out at Hypertech and has been serviced this month.
MOT until December 2010 and Taxed until 31st Jan 2011.
The car is running 306bhp – though AndyF said it would have been just over 310 had I not taken my foot of the pedal during our timing run. It’s not an aggressive map as I wanted to ensure longevity. The car has the usual Ecutek duel map switch. Note that I've got the standard back box on the car as I prefer my cars to be quiet
Modifications are:
VF35 turbo
sti pink injectors
sti up-pipe (ported)
ported and wrapped headers
prodrive sportscat downpipe
walbro Fuel Pump 255
turbo to intercooler 'Y' pipe
decat centre pipe
whiteline droplinks
whiteline rear ARB
interior boost gauge (Prosport on an A-pillar mount – very nice start-up and shutdown sequence)
parrott bluetooth handsfree kit
subaru dog guard
subaru boot liner
twin boot spoilers
front metal radiator mesh
remap from AndyF (306 bhp)
Bad points – usual stone chips on the bonnet and the odd scratch round the car as you’d expect from a 9 year old car. The alloy wheels aren’t spotless – the previous owner curbed them a few times. Never seemed bad enough though for me to have them refurbished. Finally the digital clock has gone out.
I’m looking for £3,800. The car is based around the Stirling area.
