Evo 1 RS with Evo 3 upgrades

Ok I am selling my Evo 1 RS.
The car is a 1992 genuine Evo 1 RS, with Aircon.
It's showing 86k on the clocks, has jap service history and bimta cert, which suggests it has only done around 57k miles.
The body work is in very impressive condition, I bought it purely on the condition in was in.
Normal early evo rust spots such as the roof and arch lip's are totaly rust free, underside has been waxoiled/undersealed since import and is also totaly rust free.
It has the following mods fitted:
Chassis:
Sprint Hart 15 inch wheels
Yoko Parada spec2 tyres
Tein lowering springs
Alloy 2 point front strut brace
Engine:
Walbro fuel pump (hard wired)
HKS pannel filter in modded air box
2.5" Custom made stainless exhaust (turbo back)
Chipped Ecu (fitted in a socket)
Evo 3 turbo
1.3 bar boost (dawes device)
Alloy Rad
Ralliart Rad Cap
New ACT 6 PUK Clutch (good for over 400/400)
Interior:
Evo 5 GSR Seats
Single cd/radio.
Exterior:
Full original Evo 3 bodykit (front bumper, front splitter, side skirts, rear spoiler and rear spats)
I have had it on a dyno dynmics rolling road, and it's pushing out 305bhp / 310lbft. (this was on the Evo1 turbo, I have since fitted the Evo 3 turbo).
Just put 6 months tax and 12 months MOT on it.
It's just had new front and rear discs and pads.
It's also got a brand new ACT 6 Puk paddle clutch (good for over 400lbft, nice and firm, not heavy and smooth to engage).
I will also include the following parts:
The 2 missing pieces of mesh for the front bumper
Orignal Evo 1 turbo and manifold
Orignal RS seats (if you really want them)
Front fog lights
Spare aftermarket backbox (smaller than the currently fitted item)
Original Evo 1 front bumper
Spare rear bumper
Original Evo 1 side skirts
Original Evo 1 rear spoiler (needs minor repair)
Spare Rocker Cover
I'm looking for £3750 for it with everything including all the spare parts.
Or £3250 without the Evo 3 kit or 5 GSR seats.
