Default GEMS ECU

Hi There,

For Sale.

Plug and play Gems ECU for MY'99 impreza version G2.32. Including dongle and cable to the laptop. Number on the ecu says SUBARU99/00X110.

Mapping software can be downloaded from the Gems site.

ECU has previously been mapped and updated by Steve Simpson, but after that adjusted by local mappers in Holland due to engine rebuilt and other mods.

Selling because of lack of mapping knowledge about Gems ECU in Holland and having Steve come over for every other mapping is a bit to expensive.

450,-

Present mapping is for a 2.5 CD with HKS/Garret GT2835 and 740cc injectors and more.

I'll be at the Southend airshow (from the 29th till 31st of may) this weekend so I can save you the shipping costs if you can meet me there.

Do you have a spec sheet for the ECU? Also do you have the mapping software too?

I don't have a spec sheet of the ECU. Maybe Steve Simpson might still have some knowledge about my ecu , but is has been a few years ago.
It should have anti-lag and so on. I haven't used this to safe my turbo from premature failure.

As said in the first post, the mapping software can be downloaded at the Gems site for free.

The last software I'v used for mapping this ecu is the Gems Gwv3.

Thanks Derk. I don't know much about GEMS ECU's. I see some plug'n'play ones listed for Subarus on their website now but do not know if this is what you have to sell here. I am not too far from Southend so if this is the right ECU for me then i'm very interested.

This is a plug and play ecu for the MY'99 impreza.

It can be placed in the origional casing of your standard ecu and you can use the normal plugs and wiring allready in the car.

The version of this ECU is the G2.32

@dilbob; I'm sorry but I rather sell the complete package

Anthony can you give me another e-mail address. Hotmail won't take the pics no matter how small I make them.

Sorry for the late reply guys

@ bigfoot; I don't know how many mappings can be stored in the system. Maybe one of the experienced ECU guys out here knows, or the Gems site might give you an answer.

@ tandyboy; This system will do away with your MAF no problem. I'm not familiar with milltek, but as Gems is one of the more expensive systems, it will like be similar if not better.
