Default Possible Break - Gauging Interest

Hi Guys,

My cars for sale but not recieving much interest:
https://www.scoobynet.com/private-fo...simtek-bc.html

As such i need to determine if there is any interest for returning the car back to stock, and selling it off as a standard v4.

How much would a 75k, stock V4 be worth? 3.5/4k?

Here is what would be for sale and a guide price. Please advise if the prices are too high or low as i need to more accuratly work out the sell it/break it point.

Parts for sale would be:
Simtek with AL & LC Mapped by JGM 750?
H&S 3" cat back scooby sport style 250?
Janspeed 3" bellmouth decat heat wrapped 100?
BC Coilovers 6/5kgmm fully adjustable with camber plates n extenders. 400?

All are less than a year old cept the bumper n crystal pack.

Id rather get some advice on prices before i commit to selling anything. I need to ensure i can get enough before i put a weekends worth of time into return my car back to stock.

Look forward to hearing your opinions!

Cheers
Chris

Lets disregard postage at this stage.

Need to find if the price for the big items i.e. simtek, zaust, coilovers is realistic/any interest.

Removed crystal pack and wheels as they will probably help the stock car sell more than the money they would produce by selling.

Thoughts on the rest please.

hi mate really nice car you have there

imo you have priced all about right apart from maybe a little high for the wheels i bought a set of gold superleggerras 2 years ago with good toyo proxy t1rs all round for £250 (but was chuffed with the bargain) and pretty low for the v5/6 bumper with fog light covers (the fog light covers with brackets alone usually go for around £40/50)

but saying that if its what some1 wants then they will buy it for that price so its a bit tricky to price anything these days

hope this helps mate and good luck with the sale

Coolio

Its all top notch stuff and less than 1yr old so hopefully there will be interest.

Nice to hear its priced about right tho. Ill fill that into my excel sheet and see how the numbers come out.

More feedbak welcome, need to gauge a level of interest in it all also.

I would suggest your Simtek is overpriced. The going price for these even with Anti lag and launch control seems to be around the 500- 550 mark as people need to factor in the cost of a remap and then decide whether its worth paying a little extra for the warranty of a new item. Just my thoughts I have no interest in driving the price down to buy it as my car is a ver 1 but I have watched the prices of these closely as I debate Simtek or Syvecs.

Okie doke thanks for the advice.

Any idea what the warranty is on these. I bought it back in Nov brand new from JGM so it could potentially come with remainder of warranty if its transferable.

ahh ok. Think these cost me 650 in the group buy, + the extra camber plates and extenders.

id be happy with 400 for them though.

Ill give it another 2-3 weeks for sale as is. if no luck then its breaking time.

no worrys mate , its just not the right time to sell, everything these days seem to be broke down and sold, seems the only way to get better money.

as said in this thread and your forsale thread put my name on the bc's, just let me know which ever way you go
