Yes from what i was told they basically just screw in.

No pictures yet as not been opened , however if i have to i will take pictures.

When i fitted mine i just put 2 bolts with nuts on the factory holes on each side, used the plastic clips for the wheel arch, got some small self tapping screws and screwed them in, nice and simple, hardest bit its getting the car off the ground to get the drill under it to make the holes for the screws.
