just been paid on o2 recylce (google it) £225 for my 3gs 16gb, i know its not quite as much as you wanted but they pay postage, and i got my money paid into my bank 3 days after i sent it off to them, the biggest thing for me wasno messing around.

paid £60 to get out of contract 3 months early and £35 for my iphone 4. so got new phone and £130 in my pocket, thanks o2.
