Im in East Devon - the shocks have done 56K and the springs have done 8K as far as I know from the previous owner of the car. The springs were on for a year before the bottom end failed and he sold the engine. Car was then stored in a barn for 6 months when I bought it and stripped it for the bits I wanted (gearbox and diff). Still have lots of other bits to go but Im just getting around to putting up pics.

Ok Guys - I believe the lowering is 30mm-40mm - but not completely sure - a split is no probs - just need to work out the details! please be patient with me though as have quite a bit on my plate at mo - but I assure you if you want any item I will hold it if your serious!.
