Quaife group n 5 spd uprated gearbox with modena atb diff and sti rear diff
For sale is my Quaife 5 spd synchromesh box.
Built in 2008 and refreshed in 2009. Gear teeth are alot larger than standard and almost straight cut. Kit is all 5 gears unlike ppg that only supply 4. Input shaft is also quaife. Built in ty 754 casing and fitted with Modena tourque bias diff (ATB) Ratios are 1st-3.454 2nd-2.333 3rd-1.750 4th-1.354 5th-0.972. Final drive is 4.11 and this comes with STI rear diff (lsd) and prop. Price of kit new is £2575 + £550 for diff + building. Box only run on Millers competition gear oil and has covered less than 800 miles since build at RPE Rowleys performance engineering in Collumpton.

Whats quaife boxes like compared to ppg or the scooby clinic gearset, you hear alot of other cars that use them but never many high powered scoobs. What kinda torque are these rated to..

Box still available. For all those people that haven't heard of Quaife. Please check out their web site. They are one of the biggest gear and diff designers and builders out there, and there british. For more info call me on 07774 670841.
