Which part of the exhaust is this for matey ? Is it the cat that you would attach a "cat back" to?

It is the part labeled 'rear catalitic converter/midpipe' on this picture:

Also, traveling from lincoln to gloucester and back again this weekend so could meet anywhere along my route (A46-A42-M42-M5)
