Default Forced performance TD05 18G and classic bits

Here for sale is a TD05 18G from forced performance in america. It is Basically an 18G turbine in a 16G exhaust housing thats been ported to allow for the 18G turbine blades to fit inside the housing, and then polished. It Is all stamped up with the forced performance logo and it has it's own serial number 0606200077. This turbo reaches full boost arround 300-500 rpm sooner than a standard 18g due to the smaller exhaust housing and porting work but still retaining the same power rating and top end performance as a standard 18g. The turbo has been removed as i am breaking the car. I have replaced all the exhuast studs and bolts as you can see from the pic. It has also had a new bottom water pipe. There is no movement in the shaft and all fan blades are as they should be. The turbo ran brill on my motor and made 385bhp on my uk classic at 1.5 bar, with no smoke. I bought this turbo second hand 18 mnths ago from the owner who had bought it. He had done 500 miles with it, and ive done 3.5k since, so its done 4k in total from new. These retailed new at nearly £800.00 at the time of purchase. £400.00 o.n.o + postage (£30.oo due to weight)

TURBO NOW SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

Wagon WRX STI tail lights. Mint condition £200.00 o.n.o + postage (£15.00 due to item size) Lights reduced to £150.00

Subaru WRX STI rear spoilers, no gen in gloss white £200.00 o.n.o + postage (£30.00 due to size of item)

Just out of interest mate, do you have the dyno graph of the car which made 385 with the FP18G? I'm only asking because i may plan to purchase a a FP18G in the future for one of my setups. Also what supporting mods did you have?

Cheers

Haven't got the print out as it was dun on a lap top but still very acurate. I just had gt spec headers up pipe and 3" downpipe bk system, 550 injectors, induction kit, 255 fuel pump, pfr6b colder plugs, silicone intake, standard ecu wiv ecutek map but wiv avcr boost controller, blow thru maff using a newage maff scaled to fit. standard uk engine. Made good power but it killed it eventually.

Nice. Did you have a FMIC? How long after the engine failed & what sort miles did you have on the clock?

yeh sorry forgot the fmic, thats where the blow thru maff is set up in the intercooler pipe work. ill see if i can get hold of the guy to get a copy of the graph as im sure he will have it on his lap top still. Had om my car for two years, with no issues what so ever, then i got greedy with the meth without having map altered and kinda leaned things out a little. Very very slight rattle on big ends which i suspect may be beginings of baring failure, but is so quiet, i could of sold car as was and nobody would of known, but thats not me. Im still undecided wether or not t put my scdb 2.5 in???
Car was very quick for its power and has run in high 11's at scooby shootout last year. Video's are on you tube if you want to have a llok peggy at the car in action.

The bumper is my standard one with a rear difuser you can buy from ht auto's for arround 100 quid. Not easy to fit and get to luck right but if your good with body work and painting as i am its pretty straight foward.

2.5 would make for a good road car if you have the right supporting mods & the right transmission to support all the torque etc. Have you got the links for your video? You can PM them to me if you want. 2 years with that power on standard UK engine is a result!

Dam! Is that the white wagon against the blue newage? Was the 18g on the white wagon with a 2.0l engine? 11.5 is a wicked time. Im very impressed. What was you 60ft time?

Did you use any meth on that run?
