do they read mph or kph (speedometer and mileage) as i had a set that read kph and needed a converter

Then it's not JDM. All the JDM speedometers reads in kilometers... That one in vido is UK or US one.

Just to clarify, the illumination of the speedo is the same as the one in the video however my speedo redlines at 8k rpm and read 180kmh or 180mph.

They are JDM, cant remember the mileage 100% but think it was in the region of 40k miles. Will take a pic of my brothers JDM sti speedo today to show what it looks like

They were reading mph when purchased from jap performance parts and fitted, so no reason for them to read in kph now......

To get these to work in MPH, you need to install a converter at the 3 pin plug on the gear box.
