The other thread does not seem to have much info about the turbo, any chance you can find out more spec from the original owner ?
I may be interested but want to make sure it is suitable for my set up.
Hi Feller
i can vouch for the turbo .
i based my build around the turbo ... it produced 470bhp on a 10% meth mix and never skipped a beat ...when the turbo came in it came in hard and kept going ...my spec can be found on my project thread on surrey scoobies ..http://www.surreyscoobies.co.uk/foru...t=33419&page=8
or you can take a look at the video on you tube ...i will say though this clip was before i had the v5-6 heads put on as i was running standard heads at the time producing 400bhp but still made a nice 12.6 at the pod http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4rkL3z7nj0

Can you send me pics? And I will look at the model on the web...
...And assuming it did have the ball bearing conversion prior to purchase (see link to original 'for sale' thread - post #6), then the turbo, brand new, would have cost 62p shy lol of £2,000!!!
In which case, this is a waaay less-than-a-third-of-the-price deal folks!! An absolute 'steal'! (so long as the turbo's sound lol )
