A few FACTS here I have never received yr parcel period, that is why I asked Paypal for a refund not to swindle you. Your threats are so well timed as my car was stolen off the drive yesterday after the house burgled for the keys. With my wife and children still scared witless from the event thanks you for your threats.
I wish you had sent the parcel as emailed to you on loads of occasions asking where on earth it was. Now you want me to believe you have sent it and I have signed for it, I can 100% assure you that nobody here or any of my neighbours have signed/taken anything in. I have spoken to Solihull police as to be quite honest we are all in a state of shock here and the last thing we need is you and your friends turning up here making threats, all we ant is the car and our possessions back.
Thank you for blackening my name, I will avoid scoobynet like the plague if this is what it is like.

I have contacted yu eamon in regards to this an yu blatantly ignored my PM ! I was the courier involved I this and yu accepted the parcel from the driver on the 17th of jan @ 15.34 ! I have asked yu to either deny or confirm this ? So no-one but yu has blackened yur name and the theft of yur vehicle has no relevance to this ? All finnighan has said is that he was gonna come down and collect it from yu nothing else ????

from an outsider looking in.
I don't know either party or have never had dealings with either.

i once sold some brembo brakes on ebay for £385.00 + £40 delivery to southern ireland.
parcelled em up and posted at my village post office where even the cats and dogs know each other and the friday.
Few days passed and i emailed the guy on wednesday to see if recieved and he never responded.
that fri he said not yet.
monday came and i emailed again to check on arrival, once again no imediate reply. The following Monday he mailed back to ask me for tracking number. i used royal mail overseas serice as that was the only one that village post office said would deliver there. not tracked as it leaves royal mail in the uk and not signed for for same reason. told him this and heard no reply. one week passed, emailed again to check if recieved again no reply. That friday i went on hol for two weeks. cleared out my wallet etc ready for that forigen currency ****! When i get back, he's open'd paypal dispute for unsent item, and i had only 1 day left to respond as id been away on hol. paypal want a tracking number which of course i didn't have, as it never had one in the first place. He knew full well what he was doing which was a clear scamming of my money and getting himself a free set of brembo's what my hard earned paid for, and if he didn't ill eat my ***, which im 99.9% sure i won't be doing!
Pay pal awarded in his favour, re imbursed him and demanded me pay back the £385 and the postage cost the cheecky tw**ts! total of £425. I told them to swivvel. I had whitness statements from post office to say i had sent the item and the recipt of £37.98 for the postage of a 13kg package.
Pay pal kept demanding and i held out. They wrote and rang me on several occasions. Then the solicitors/debt collectors started. told them to swivvel. they took me to court. whitness are aparantly no good, all the recipt proves is that i sent a parcelof that weight to that destination which royal mail had no way of tracing. wham bang, thankyou very much. I was ordered to pay back the money and the court cost. livid was not the word! i reluctantly paid which any genuine honest person with 100% feedback on ebay and sn would do, and drew a line under it!

threats (not that they were any as far as i can see) are one thing, allegations saying the so called threats were well timed with the said theft of your car and house burgalry are very serious and im curious to what solihull police would have to say if all the evidence which is clearly inf innigan's favour was brought to light.

If whats been said in the thread is true i feel for both parties and a confrontation is probably not the best answer.

Finigen, go to the plod, you've nothing to lose mate providing the so called theft allegations are just allegation which im sure they are and get this matter sorted. If you have got signed proof, which you clearly have, he's no leg to stand on.

Being a scammer, is wrong, you dont have a place on sn and should rot in jail. being scammed as a buyer or seller which eamon has had a dable in as a victim of due to his cheap chinese td05 experience is also wrong.

however i can't help but feel for finigen as i have also been taken for a ride in a similar situation before.

I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and peacfully.
