What a mouthful!
Basically, this device allows you to use your PalmV/Vx as a dual band mobile phone and modem at up to 14,400bps.

It should work with your Orange PAYG sim. I have one that I occasionlly use with my Orange Sim.
The voice quality was not great though, and I've stopped using it in favour of a Bluetooth Sled coupled with a T39m using GPRS, much quicker, then CSD 9.6K GSM.
Edited to say:
Good well built device and if you don't have a GPRS/Bluetooth enabled handset it still makes your loads more useful, theres loads of useful webclipping apps about, IM clients, email etc.

Yes, I haven't forgotten - they're coming soon - possibly getting sorted my end so you'll be sorted soon!
In the mean time, I have turned a couple of other buyers away by just being rude to them when they made an offer on the price!
