#1
Testing the water, want to be changing to a caterham this year, would like to sell my scoob. I use the scoob for fun only and cant the running costs when i only get to use it every other weekend. Id be better of with a 7 or something similar.
Ok here goes, let me know opinions on price etc
Its a FULL uk spec car (i think Belgium) it currently has 37k (and has just had its service)
V reg MY99 turbo Paint code 74f(rally/sonic blue, relativley rair)
Cat 1 alarm (Clifard 600)
Imobaliser
Tracker (security is important on my pride n joy)
It has a full subaru service history
It has a long life decat centre and back box
Short shift gear lever
Sti 6 spoiler
Bump steer mod
Last week had the pleasure of the wax wizard (including engin bay)
Dawes boost controller
It has a phantom boost gauge
K&N induction kit
New Toyo`s (500 miles old) loads of fun left on these for you
Sti style fog lamp covers
turbo 2000 mats
Plastic light protectors
wanted to keep the car reliable
RR showed 235 BHP before the dawes (at John Noble)- may get it retested soon
ALL ORIGINAL PARTS included - this car an be put back to original condition at the drop pf a hat, and I may do so (and drop the price) and sell parts.
Its needing new break pads and discs on the front, but ill be doing that soon myself anyhow (probably tarox disks and mintex pads)
Lots of stickers and tacky mud flaps to be removed for sale
It is in mint condition, at present with NO stone chips ( i had a mobile paint person spray my fog lamp covers, while he was here he did the stone chips)
Im showing as the second owner, all hpi clear and any aa/rac type check welcomed (i did it when i bought it and expect you to do the same)
I would love to get a good price for it, and am in no rush so my aim for her is 12k, this is my initial thoughts, if this seems artificially high ill rethink. I would consider a part ex on a caterham, but do not have any money to part ex, so looking for a swap.
Thoughts please on price etc thanx
Pics here they come, some good some poor quality, hope there is someone out there who wants a nice scoob at a fair price.
Catflap (forever scooby spirit)

A Very nice looking car mate
I went out with one of the salesman at Caterham last week in a 135 BHP K series car
It was excellent. He said not as quick as scooby but round a tract it would be quicker
He Drives in some series & had the car sideways during most of the drive !
I will tried & find their used pricelist later incase you want some info on their prices
