I have an MTX Thunder 12" sub in a seled fully carpeted enclosure with gold terminals and a Rockford Fosgate Punch amp for sale and would include a high qality wiring kit all power leads and RCA's etc. Everything is in as new condition and comes with all boxes etc. I would take £150 for the lot. The Sub Is an MTX Thunder 4000 series In a dark grey proffesional enclosure it is fairly compact has gold terminals is in totally unmarked condition and is around 6 months old. I still have the original box and paperwork for the driver.
The Amp Is a Rockford fosgate Punch Amp ( the new design ) and is rated at 140 wrms into 4 ohms which is adequate to easily drive two 12" subs let alone one and can drive a much lower load. As you will probably know Rockford are very conservative with there power ratings. The Amp is again totally unmarked and has its original box and paperwork.
The wiring kit contains a heavy duty fused feed and ground. High quality Rca's, Speaker wire for the sub and a remote swithch wire.

£150 is as low as I will go I am afraid The Amps worth £200 new on its own The sub in the box around £150 and the cabling £40 so £150 is a very good deal indeed
