Default classic subaru

Hi all not said much on here since been a member, but I'm here to pick some brains I've finally got round to buying my 2nd subaru it's a classic shamefully it's a non-turbo any there the problem the engine is knackered but the car is very tidy it's got some tidy mods body wise...

My ideas ... fitting an sti classic engine in it non standered 300 bhp

Or I've got a bugeye bottom end in the garage (do they fit)

Thanks all

It proberly is engine wise but the body has had a lot of coin spent on it... how much you recon then and which one is the best option

I used to run a standard classic na for yrs as a daily. I'm now using the shell to build something to my liking from scratch.

going to be running an H6 power plant hopefully, granted its a costly way of doing things but i already had the vehicle. Currently on the bodywork portion of things, pre-face lifting it etc

worth the effort in my opinion if its what you want

I totally agree with you.. the bodywork is prefect so shame to let it go to waste and we all no the 2L non turbo are slow especially with my other been a wrx I think it's one of them things that going have to be done
