Default exhaust diameter size identification.

I'm trying to work out what size exhaust I've got.
I know there's 2.5 and 3 inch but what would the outside diameter be of these.
Is there also2.75"?
Or if anyone can tell me from pics?
Was thinking of getting a resonated centre and quieter backbox.

Cool. Cheers.was hoping 2.5 as more choice.
I was gonna get a bit of string and measure around but would need circumference i suppose. :-)
