Noob something a little different ;)
Hi Everyone thought I would say hi and thought this was the best place to do it! If I'm honest I've always been a evo man having bought my first evo 5 at 18 ten years ago and had a few 5/6's since, anyway onto the matter in hand and my rather strange project, a van! I've had my vivaro around 18months and it's undergone some mods that you wouldn't usually expect, I'm sure you'll all recognise the coilovers!!!! Next on the list which is the reason behind me registering I'm part way through converting it to rear wheel drive and you guessed it using impreza running gear, anyway enough chit chat I'll let the pictures do the talking (all the fab, machining a design has been done by myself)
Look forward to picking your brains!!!!!!!!
Lee
Front calipers evo brembos and 330 discs
Golf r32 discs for the rear 310mm and r32 calipers
Billet hubs for the rear
Drive flanges

No no subs im not a stero fan to be honest. The company i work for also owns a carpenters so the back at the mo is done out with 20mm thick real teak hardwood held down with hundreds of countersunk stainless allen bolts all evenly spaced and perfectly allighned but this will be coming up as the rear suspension and roll bar arrangment will take up some of the back the suspension will be cantilever and the shocks laid flat and the diff will also be up as well to get the van down to lower the centre of gravity i do play to trackday it so i want it right!! The front is on tube lower arms and rose joints and ive got all the roll centres correct so even though its 140mm lower than a normal vivaro it has no bump steer and caster, toe and camber is all fully adjustable
