Default Bloody Hell, why do we clean our motors !!

Well, the engine anyway lol

gave the engine a blast with the steamer, AVOIDING the alternator etc on my 95 WRX yet it seems some moisture must of gotten in as I think the regulator may be fried now as the battery light is on and I get no output if I put voltmeter across battery, typical isn't it !

ive done the same procedure about 4 or 5 times, I guess this time its had enough, wish I left the engine dirty now

silly thing is I have a 1999 wrx one in the garage mint yet its 3 pin not 2 pin, double grrrr lol

rant over

LOL, im hoping the change in temp overnight will "correct" the problem ha ha ha , ever the optimist lol and yeah, im hoping I can get it refurbed, theres a place round the corner that done my starter motor, replaced the bushes and contacts for £30, so im hoping the regulator or whatever the fault is can be fixed by the same guy, he is proper old school so fingers crossed, otherwise its a pattern part at £80 new or second hand one at £25
