Would you install air suspension on your subi?
I own a Scooby because I like the fact it has been developed from years of rally testing and tweaking. Browsing the web I found a car called the Deathstar Subi, a black STI fitted with air suspension. It does look great, but would you make the swap knowing the stock suspension has been developed over two decades?
Check out my blog and the video of the Deathstar Subi playing in the snow.

All depends how you drive it i guess. If your just cruising around town or driving your family around, then if you want. can't see the point of air suspension, unless you like your bum cheeks kissing the road
But if your going to be driving hard, then i wouldn't bother, leave air suspension to the young lads who like to cruise around in there VW's

I would stay away from doing anything that the guy in the vid has done, he looks like a *** and you don't want to be in the same club as someone like that.

I'd say no as well, I don't see the point in it really, get coilovers set a height that's looks good, drives good and feels good and leave it at that.
Don't really see the point of having a car slammed on its **** that's un-drivable. I also don't see the point of driving a car at a decent ride height then parking it up and making it look low and raising it up to drive off....fake lows not cool in my eyes.
Plus I knew plenty of people who have got air and there always having problems with leaking air lines, bags bursting or splitting, track rod ends getting busted etc. sounds a lot of hassle for ultimately no gains.

There's a place round the corner from me that always seems to be slamming cars, usually superminis with rude bodykits.
Cannot understand how having a car with wonky oversized wheels is seen as desirable by some...

I've had it on three cars now,
It's all down to the kit you buy, nowadays you can get fully automated systems, there no worse for reliability than say a range rover or audi with it fit from factory,
Granted the salons don't suit it, but the hatch looks great,
It's more a vw thing, were wide wheels and stance are important,
The best thing is, you can drive it at a suitable height then lower when you want or at a show, etc FYI it drives just like an expensive set of coilovers think kw
