Happen what my wife`s 3 series bmw we swap for classic impreza non turbo W reg. , but I thinking about to convert it to turbo one wrx, is it easy to convert if I buy one donor accident damaged wrx classic impreza 1996-98 model? is it possible to swap everything? engine, gearbox, diff, drivershats, prop. all hubs, and electric?
or I can buy a turbo forester and use as donor also?

yeap I do agree with you guys...
there only why I start think about, course what I can get for non turbo around 500£ only, good one turbo around 2k, I see some few wrx on for sale sites, for 500£ one with head gasket leaking, other just rusty, little accident damaged, no tax, no mot (not imported) also 500£, just think to invest another 500£ and build turbo one, do good job on it, spray some details, use some anti-corrosion where necessary and enjoy it for another year or more
I have near 8 years experience working in garage as car mechanic, can do my self all work, only for serious never touch subaru lol but can do

As a mechanic, you would know all too well when you encounter a rusty bolt or something seized, it can be a real pain in the ***. Changing over virtually EVERYTHING other than the body will be a headache of a job as you'll most likely meet many obstacles along the way. If you want to do it for the enjoyment then go for it but if it's a means of saving money, then you may find it to be more than you bargained for
