As with everything on my car lately, age is taking its toll, i was working in the area of the piping of my greddy boost gauge under the Alternator and as its been there for many yrs, its gone brittle and with a little help from me, snapped clean off from the brass union, great !
So, instead of running new piping all the way to the gauge inside the car, im going to, if possible, use a joiner and fit a bit of new pipe to replace the brittle piece, ive cut back to where the piping in the engine is soft again.
So, my question, if you look at the pics, you wil see the rubber pipe has a flange in it to allow it to be kept onto the brass T-piece, my question, how and can i, recreate this flange ? s you see in the other pic, the pipe fits ontot he T-Piece, but with no flange, just pulls off.

As above either take it to a heating /plumbing store for an olive or just take it to your local hydraulic workshop they will be able to sort it out for you
