Default replacement inlet hose

despite my success starting the car up and getting it to the bodyshop for repairs, ther is one problem i need to address!
My OEM intake hose has split - likely due to the conefilter and MAF not being properly supported any more. (the bracket i was using evidently decided to expire between my garage and the bodyshop).

can anyone recommend somewher to get hold of a silicone version of the below please? since the DV has been removed i think there are only 2 take offs that are still used (cant really see from teh pic but that's what i remember anyway!)
if i can get one with only 2 takeoffs great. if not, i'll just get a proper bung and stick that in the third one...
